Amit Kanji

Amit Kanji has spent around 25 years in the corporate world as a Sales and Marketing professional in India and Nepal, his last corporate assignment was as Director in Ncell, Nepal. He had worked in leadership roles in many organizations like Airtel, Hathway, WorldLink which had given him the opportunity to nurture teams and individuals, mentoring many to a successful career. Discontinuing from his corporate journey he has embarked on a more meaningful and satisfying profession in guiding today’s students and youngsters in choosing their best career option based on their individual traits and strengths. Today there exists a confusion among the students and their parents in deciding the right and fruitful career path as there might be a potential mismatch between the student’s strengths and the stereotyped career options. Based on scientific methodologies and learning from his experience in the VUCA corporate world, he is continuously striving to guide the students for their right career options and avoid a later stage repentance of choosing a wrong career. A right career path not only helps building a fruitful life of a student but the entire nation benefits from the individual’s productivity.
