My early Life and Education
During my childhood and schooling years, I faced significant challenges arising from social, financial, cultural, and linguistic discrimination, along with peer group pressures. Despite these obstacles, I emerged as an achiever.
In my twenties, I made up for the lost time by pursuing education and personal development with persistence and discipline. Between 1986 and 1990, I successfully completed ten years’ worth of academic qualifications within five years-(1985 to 1990), earning a Master’s Degree in Psychology and A 5-year National Diploma in Fine Arts (National Dip. in Fine Arts). Alongside academics, I excelled in athletics & team sports, NCC-C Certificate, and adventure activities such as Trekking, Rock Climbing,Mountaineering, Water Skiing, and Parasailing. I also achieved recognition in Rifle Shooting and was honoured with the Best Cadet Gold Medal at state and national levels.
Professional Career (1990–2023)
I began my professional career in 1990 with Indian Airlines / Air India and served in multiple roles across India’s airports for 34 years. As a Station Security Head & followed by as Chief Security Officer-CSO) specialising in safety-security and quality Assurance-QA, I led teams with integrity and discipline, maintaining a soldier’s mindset. My tenure was marked by commendations and recognition from my parent organisation i.e. Indian Airlines & Air India, as well as key stakeholders, including the AAI, Intelligence Bureau, law enforcement agencies, and defence/paramilitary forces.
I was known as a “learner by attitude and executor by profession,” ensuring safe, secure, and incident-free aircraft and passenger operations under my jurisdiction as Station Head in my-AOR;- Area Of Responsibility.
Current Role (Jul.2023–Sept.2025)
Currently, I served as Chief Security Officer & Admin Head at PAC-Indore-In Flight Catering Unit (Pradeep Air Caterer), managing a team of 70+ staff in in-flight catering operations. Our unit provides onboard catering services for 32+ flights from Indore. My responsibilities include coordinating with raw material suppliers, production teams, airport operations, and third-party service providers, while ensuring strict compliance with safety, security, Quality Assurance and regulatory requirements from various authorities such as AAI, ID, BCAS, DGCA, FSSAI, FDA, CDC and client airlines.
Creative Passion and Personal Growth
Alongside my professional journey, I nurtured my creative passion for interior and landscape design. This not only enriched me emotionally but also helped me maintain balance in financial and social spheres.
