We had a very good experience discussing career options for my son with Archana. My son studying 11std was very comfortable interacting with her and that helped the counselling sessions very much. This counselling session has helped my daughter in class 12 to know her strength and her weakness. It has given her an understanding of herself which has made her to be confident about herself. As adult we are so confused about what we want to do, sessions such as this guides children to know their potential and use it in a constructive way. As parents it's important that if we are able to provide career counseling at an early age we would not be seeing our children struggling at the age of 25 thinking what's next.
