The founder of Meraki Counselling, Ms Bhumika Phutela, is an MSc in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore and a Certified Career Coach. Ms. Phutela has mentored 10,000+ students and young professionals.
Ms. Phutelas vision of Meraki Counselling was to facilitate clarity, obtain direction in individuals and help them break through the obstacles that were holding them back from finding a fulfilling career and life. Identification of strengths and blending it with the uniqueness of each individual has been her way of approaching these counselling sessions. Having travelled extensively across the country and interacting with students from schools at every level, she decided to create a platform to provide one stop solution for all your counselling needs.

One of the best career counselling sessions I’ve ever came across. Ms. Bhumika handled the case quite smoothly and helped me to reach the conclusion from where to start my next phase of life. I just dont know how to thank you enough. I was very stressed about my career in the last few years, but after taking counselling from you, I have gained so much clarity about my career. From the self reflection activities to helping me segregate my interests and from understanding my aspirations to giving my a proper analysis, you have really done a wonderful job. So, you’ve known me from 12th now and I’ve got graduated last year, time flies yeah (it didn’t I remember all the assignments havoc) but the main part for the first years of college I had one dream of getting into Mckinsey and I tried all ways to prep for it but then won from 200+ people in the batch to lose to another 2 in the last round. As fate would’ve it. Fast forward a year I got a placement at KPMG, I’ll be joining them from 18th of this month. This message is actually a thank you to you for stepping in and making me choose an entrance and then a college. If it wouldn’t have been you I could’ve never though of McKinsey being my dream company. Thank you for actually making me believe that I can dream of anything. You know small town and low hopes, you’ve made the way easier than you think you did.
