Having completed her Bcom, DBM And MMS( masters in management science) from Nashik, she went on to work as a banking professional in an esteemed company. After a vast 10 years of working in it, she aspired to start something of her own, and hence Avinet Consultancy, came into being. With 8 years of experience in consultancy and another 10 in the service sector, she has amassed a collective 18 years of working experience, enriched with aspirations and hard work.
She has been elected the state president of ‘Brand Creation and Marketing Council’ of WICCI.

She’s been awarded a Women Leadership Award in 2019 by World Marketing Congress

10th standard is the 1st phase which gives direction to a child's career. Selecting the right career with expert's guidance is very important. Career counseling should be done in various phases of child's education from 7th, 10th & 12th. Brinda mam has an expertise in this, make the most introvert child comfortable and speak-up. Moreover she has got a lot of patience to deal with a variety of people. Her techniques & knowledge have guided my child to open -up & clarity to choose the right direction for his career and areas where more efforts are needed. I was surprised to see the accuracy level of Brinda mam which was 100% in this process

Counselling????it itself creates tension in my mind but if it's done by Brinda mam.. It's perfect ????in all the manner. The way she clears every aspect makes one feel comfortable. She makes one comfortable not only in choosing his /her career but tries to solve daily basis things that to very sweet and soft way .. She being a part of my family ????lucky to have her as my bhabhi????????????

To tell you the truth, I didn't think counselling could be this helpful; she is so skilled that having a conversation with her doesn't even make me think she's a counsellor. It's almost as if she's a part of the family and this conversation is just between friends. Her words have such an effect that they help us to reach our maximum potential and capability. Despite the fact that it was my sister's session, I found that simply being there was enough to inspire me. The session lasted somewhere between 65 and 75 minutes, but I was unaware of the passage of time. I am really happy that we were able to have her advise and her insight, and I am even more pleased to say that the report was so precise that my sister almost cried out from surprise when she realised how exact it was.
