I am a retired IRPS officer with 38 years of service in the Indian Railways, where I worked extensively in leadership roles focused on human resource management and employee welfare. My career has given me valuable experience in understanding people, nurturing potential, and helping individuals grow personally and professionally.
Alongside my service, I have been actively involved with Junior Chamber International (JCI) as a Zone Trainer, conducting various leadership and personality development programs. This association has strengthened my passion for training, mentoring, and counselling, allowing me to positively influence many lives.
With a deep sense of purpose and empathy, I now focus on guiding individuals especially students to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and make informed career choices. My mission is to help people discover their true potential and create meaningful, fulfilling paths for their future success.

Society gives us everything from opportunities to experiences that shape who we are. From my point of view, I believe that society constantly nurtures and supports us in countless ways, and it becomes our responsibility to give something back in return. Throughout my career and life, this belief has remained at the core of my values.
For me, the most meaningful way to contribute is by guiding children toward the right path helping them make informed decisions about their future and discover their true potential. By offering career guidance and mentorship, I feel I am giving back to the community that has given me so much.
Empowering the next generation to find clarity, purpose, and confidence is not just a responsibility but a source of deep personal satisfaction. This, to me, is the most valuable way of returning what I have received from society.
