With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I have had the privilege of guiding both professionals and students through important career decisions. My journey has involved collaborations with leading educational institutions and active participation in industry–academia initiatives, where I worked to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness. As HR Head, I have also contributed to professional forums and panels, sharing perspectives on employability, career development, and the evolving world of work.

In my role as an HR leader, I designed and implemented people strategies that nurtured talent, reduced attrition, and created growth pathways across diverse functions. These experiences have given me valuable insights into the skills, mindset, and adaptability required to thrive in today’s dynamic environment.

As a career counsellor, my approach is empathetic, practical, and future-focused. My goal is to help individuals, especially students, discover their strengths, align aspirations with opportunities, and build purposeful careers.
