I have experience of 1 year in the education as assistant professor in engineering college and almost 3 years experience in research and software development . Over the period I've observed numerous students entering certain fields of study due to peer pressure. The resulting stress often becomes overwhelming for them. I've maintained a strong passion for supporting and guiding students and others alike.
