Myself Jayashree have been in the field of Education for a long time.I have taught students of all grades which helped me to understand children and their interests. I have travelled far and wide (India and Abroad).This has helped me to enhance my perception of life and given a clear perspective.

In today's world we see tough competition, increased technology ,advancement in social media. World is heading towards a different direction. Here, the role of Educators play a prime initiative. We can show direction to the students with our insight and foresight for a better future.

The most important role I can play as a Counsellor is due to my versatile experience and vast knowledge. My Analytical Thinking and Creative Thinking will help the students to select their right career. I can help the students in Decision Making where passion with rightful subjects will be a silver lining to their career pathway.

As a Counsellor I can guide students, learners, children, professionals in enriching their skillsets. Being a Soft Skills Trainer will help me to identify their drawbacks and work on their potentials.With them together I can navigate through a journey of clarity with no regrets improvising strengths and minimising their weakness. It would be rewarding for both of us where I can build Leadership Skills in my Leaners and they are empowered in their career pathways being inspired to face challenges boldly in Life!
