He has around 33 years’ Experience in HR, Personnel & Admin in manufacturing organizations.

Dorairauj has conducted over 450 training programmes throughout 33 years of cyclic learning and application, through a wide-ranging of behavioral and personality concepts, and facilitated for enhanced performance at work.  His trainings are aligned with the organization and business goals based on Training Need Assessment.
