Katyayni is the Founder & Lead Counsellor at Ithaca Education. An alumna of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur and Lancaster University, UK, she brings over a decade of global experience in Human Resources and recruitment, having worked with leading tech organizations across India, the UK, and Canada.

A British Council Certified Counsellor and ACCESS Employment and ICC Canada mentor, Katyayni is passionate about helping students craft high-impact applications that win scholarships and unlock global opportunities. While at Lancaster, she was awarded two prestigious scholarships to fund her Master’s degree — a journey that shaped her belief that with the right support and strategy, many more students can do the same.

At Ithaca, Katyayni works 1:1 with a small cohort each year, offering tailored guidance across profile building, resume and SOP writing, scholarship strategy, interview preparation, and career planning. She blends her international HR expertise with deep empathy and insight into what makes an application stand out — not just on paper, but in purpose.
