I completed my B.Tech a few years ago and have been working since then, but I always felt that I wasn’t really growing the way I wanted to. I wasn’t sure where exactly the gap was or how to move forward in my career. After connecting with Luke everything became much clearer. The assessment and counselling process helped me understand my true strengths, interests, and what’s been holding me back. Now I have a clear direction on how to bridge the gap and take my career to the next level. A big thanks to my counsellor, Mr. Luke De Souza, for his constant guidance and support. Knowing that he’ll be staying in touch over the next year to help me stay on track gives me a lot of confidence and comfort.

Highly recommend Luke, he made myself and my child feel so much at ease after getting the reports. We were at teh confused stage and now we have so much clarity. We realized we would have made a big mistake by putting our child in a field where she would completely underperform. This counselling session has saved us so much time and money and the health of our child.

I had an excellent experience working with Luke De Souza. His guidance and advice were genuinely invaluable, helping me gain a much clearer understanding of my strengths, personality traits, and the kind of work environment that would allow me to thrive.
