I'm Suraksha from Tumkur district, I consulted Narmada Manjunath mam for career guidance as I was stuck with second year B.com and didn't have the motivation to go forward. She helped me discover my future career interest without damaging my graduation life. I felt so lucky to have taken career guidance from her. First duty of a career counselor is to make students feel comfortable to open up.. Narmada Manjunath is a wonderful career counselor I have seen. She is so understanding and non judgemental. What else can a counselor have. She will even make an extreme shy person like me to open up and feel comfortable. Such is her skill as a Counselor. The career counseling procedures were interesting.
