Career counselling services in detail:
I provide career counselling services to a range of candidates starting from students in Class 8th – to college students – to job seekers – to working professionals seeking a career change.

With a wide variety of study streams and career choices available nowadays, school and college students and working professionals, often, get confused about which educational stream / career line to choose. My counselling will help you remove all such confusions.

Do you sometimes wish that someone told you step by step what to do, so you could have an amazing career? Yes, I will tell you that!

I usually start my counselling by giving an online aptitude test to candidates and then create an AI generated report based on the results of this test. The assessment will check your interests, learning style, personality, values. It will also test your skills and abilities viz. numerical, verbal, spatial, social, mechanical, administrative. The report will map your interests with your skills and help us both understand your interests, top rated skills and top improvement areas, weaknesses, and strengths.

After the assessment is taken, the system will generate a 30+ page comprehensive report. The system has 20 career clusters, 160+ career paths and 3000+ job occupations. The AI generated report will give you a broad range of study streams / career choices based on the results of the online aptitude test, in order of suitability. Then I bring in my human factor and personally discuss this report, either online or offline, with candidates and with the help of my diverse experience and knowledge, help them narrow down the career line that will give them maximum amount of job satisfaction and salary, for their skills and interests. My test will force you to do some introspection about yourself and the report and my counselling would be an eyeopener for you and would have the potential to change your life. I will help you create a realistic and futuristic road map for your career, be you a school student, college student or a working professional.

In addition to the report, you will get access to Career Library in which you can read text and view videos about various career lines. You will also get access to Colleges Information according to the stream of any choice.

On the basis of the same assessment, you can also view a Suitability Report for any career of your choice, which will give you a measurement of how suitable you are for your dream career.

Life and other counselling services in detail:  

For teaching life skills, I will present to you PPT’s and videos on several life skills topics. I will hold discussions based on these PPTs and videos and my own life experiences. 

Through well designed PowerPoint presentations and videos, I will teach you about modern day:

I am a merit position holder in Class X CBSE Board Exam, did schooling from Modern School, New Delhi, have a BE from IIT, Roorkee and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh, USA.
I have excellent listening and communication skills; patience, empathy and interpersonal skills; understanding and comprehension skills; flexibility to deal with all personality types and non-judgmental attitude.

Above all, I have well rounded knowledge and experience, updated to the latest trends.

I, 56, have several years of experience, in Government of India as a Group A officer, and in the corporate sector. I have worked in various fields viz. telecom engineering operations, sales, marketing research, data analytics, coaching for several courses viz. Excel, IELTS, SQL. I have worked in India, USA and Canada.

I have made mistakes as well in my life and career and I will tell you about the same and you can learn a lot from my mistakes also.
