Nilisha Aggarwal is a qualified counselling psychologist registered with HCPC, UK, and with RCI, India. She has worked in the UK with one of the leading mental health hospitals that provides services to the NHS.

She is an experienced and compassionate counselling psychologist with over 9 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy to diverse populations in clinical, academic, private and community settings. She is skilled in various psychological evidence-based therapies along with various psychological assessments.

She is also a certified Career Analyst. She specialises in working with children, adolescents and young adults facing a range of concerns including neurodevelopmental, neurotic and psychotic disorders, trauma, grief, identity issues, self-esteem and relationship difficulties.

In addition to her clinical work, she is passionate about mental health advocacy and supervision. She is also experienced in offering consultation and trainings to professional of various backgrounds along with managing and supervising young psychologists and students.
