Ms Sirohi is a distinguished educator and career counsellor with over 28+ years of rich experience spanning schools, colleges, universities, and the corporate sector. Her expertise lies in academic leadership, career guidance, and CSR initiatives in education. She was honored with the prestigious Literary Hero Award by the Rotary Club for her impactful rural library project under a CSR initiative.

Throughout her career, she has actively guided students in course and college selection, helping them navigate the admission process and assisting with documentation. She is also well-versed in supporting students with learning disabilities, educating parents on effective strategies to create a smooth and inclusive educational journey for these learners.

She was honored to participate in the Walk for Dyslexia event organized by the Maharashtra Dyslexia Association in October 2024. This experience underscores her commitment to supporting students with learning disabilities and raising awareness about the strategies and resources available to empower them and their families.

As a resource person, she has conducted teacher training and professional development programs, delivering sessions on documentation, management skills, marketing skills, professional growth, and search strategies.
