With over 25 years of international higher education experience, I have dedicated my career to guiding students and professionals toward success. I hold a B.Sc. in International Affairs and two Master’s degrees — in TESOL & Linguistics and in Educational Leadership — all earned with Summa Cum Laude honours from top American universities.
I am a certified Career Counsellor (CCA–Edumilestones) and hold the CCCIS certification, specialising in career guidance and the study-abroad journey. These credentials, combined with my global experience, allow me to offer structured, research-driven, and highly personalised guidance.
My journey began with teacher training at Singapore’s Institute of Education, followed by empowering adult learners with English and professional skills, and later serving as faculty at Florida State University, Panama. Over the years, I have led departments, trained educators, and worked across diverse education systems — always with a focus on enabling learner success.
Now, back in my hometown of Pune, I bring this global perspective and deep passion for mentorship to Elite Global Pathways.
