I am Col Rakesh Kumar Dogra, a seasoned Army veteran with over 30 years of distinguished service in leadership, operations, and mentoring. My journey includes key appointments such as Commanding Officer, Deputy Commander, and Deputy Commandant of a premier training centre with over 10,000 personnel. I also served as the Director of Recruitment, where I led extensive youth engagement and talent identification programs across regions—giving me a deep understanding of career aspirations, potential, and the diverse challenges faced by individuals in shaping their future. Academically, I hold an MSc and an MBA in Finance, complemented by a diploma in Psychology Counselling, which enhances my ability to guide others effectively. My experiences in counselling, public speaking, and motivational training have enabled me to influence students, professionals, and young leaders positively.
