Ramchandra has B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Waranga and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University. He is an accredited and practising financial planner, retirement planning specialist and an actively practising career mentor. He is very passionate about People / Talent development, Lean manufacturing for operations excellence & guiding people for financial security & freedom. He holds Green belt for six sigma and career counselling.
Prior to becoming a career mentor and counsellor, Ramchandra has over 30 years experience in variety of industries across India and Overseas in end to end supply chain and manufacturing and held senior leadership roles such as Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain for Colgate Palmolive (India, Nepal & Malaysia); Director of Operations Planning & Special Projects in Philip Morris International (Hong Kong & Manila) and Director of Operations and Supply Chain for Philips Personal Health (Consumer Lifestyle Products - India sub Continent). He is also a qualified and practising senior career mentor for a premier career mentorship organisation.
Last 3 years particularly, he has been very active in career counselling and mentoring activities involving diverse groups such as students from grade 9 to graduates from private schools, business management institutions and working professionals in MNCs from diverse industries. More recently, Ramchandra contributed to the success of a UNDP project involving career guidance and planning for nearly 300 Tribal Girl Students from grade 9 to undergraduate students. He is a certified TOT (Master Trainer) for career mentors and successfully conducted "train the trainer" for Telengana Rural Health Junior Lecturers and Tribal Girls School Teachers as part of UNDP & State Government initiative One can describe Ramchandra as a “Hard-Working” and a “Highly-functional” individual. He has dedicated a significant portion of his career in educating and counseling students & working professionals from all backgrounds in addition to providing career guidance and developing several of his direct reports and split level team members to take up higher positions in their career. He believes that with the right motivation, direction and planning, no career goal is impossible.
