I’m Ruchita Khedkar, the founder of Pathfinder, a space created to help parents and children navigate life’s big and small decisions with confidence. My own journey as a parent, especially while guiding my teenager through career choices, made me realize how overwhelming it can be for 13–14-year-olds to make decisions that feel so permanent. That experience sparked my mission: to make the path clearer, kinder, and future-focused for families.
With a Bachelor’s in Commerce and certifications in Parenting, Career Counselling, DMIT, Art Therapy, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, I bring both structure and creativity to my work. My five years of teaching at top international schools exposed me to diverse global perspectives on child development and parenting — learnings that continue to shape my approach today.
For the past few years, I’ve been working as a career counsellor and parent coach, blending tools of introspection, reflection, and therapy with practical strategies. Whether it’s career goal-setting, strengthening the parent-child bond, or uncovering a child’s unique potential, I focus on building resilience, values, and confidence alongside success.
I see myself as both a guide and a partner — approachable yet firm, empathetic yet logical — walking with families as they design futures that are meaningful and future-ready.
