With over 15 years of experience working closely with young people, I have supported students across different stages of their academic and personal journeys. My work has consistently focused on understanding students beyond academic performance and helping them navigate important transitions with clarity and confidence.
Having worked extensively within school environments and student-facing roles, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges students face today—multiple choices, constant comparison, parental expectations, and the pressure to make early decisions. I view career planning as an evolving process rather than a one-time choice.
My counselling approach helps students gain clarity about their aptitudes, skills, and interests, and understand how these can translate into suitable academic and career pathways. I place strong emphasis on self-awareness, readiness, and informed decision-making.
In addition to counselling, I have trained numerous students in public speaking, mentored five TEDx speakers, and worked in leadership roles in the corporate sector for over a decade. This experience gives me insight into real-world skill requirements and allows me to bridge the gap between education and work life—guiding students in communication, presentation, research, collaboration, interview skills, résumé writing, and profile building. My goal is to empower students to make choices that are authentic, sustainable, and aligned with their long-term growth.
