I am an experienced educator and counsellor with over 12 years of experience in the education sector. I have worked with reputed institutions such as Delhi Public School (DPS) and Trio World School in Bangalore, where I handled both CBSE and ICSE curricula. My teaching experience has given me a strong understanding of student learning patterns, academic challenges, and the importance of personalized guidance.

In addition to teaching, I have hands-on experience in centre operations and student counselling, particularly for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. I have guided students and parents in making informed decisions regarding academic streams, career paths, and course selections. I have also worked with an aviation institute, which has broadened my exposure to diverse career options and industry requirements.

I am a graduate from the University of Delhi and hold an MBA in HR, which has strengthened my communication, assessment, and people management skills. I believe in a student-centric approach, where understanding individual strengths, interests, and aspirations is key.
