She has been Principal of eminent CBSE schools for 12 years and has influenced and impacted thousands of students, parents, and teachers directly as well as indirectly. She is M.A. (Economics), MCA, PGDBA, B.Ed. and Certified Career Counselor from Career Development Alliance(USA), Mindler and Psyuni India, and the Associate Member of Bhartiya Counselling Association. The passion of mentoring students through education earlier and career counseling at present has taken the shape of BodhiCareer.
