Sharon Kundu is a passionate Trainer, Educator, Counsellor, and Consultant with more than 18 years of experience in the corporate sector. She has worked with many leading global brands and clients from different demographics. Besides a degree in Hospitality, Sharon holds certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and Human Resource Leadership from Cornell University and is a Certified Career Counsellor for International Studies from ACCPH, UK.
Sharon has been a part of the Education Field for the past five years and has closely worked with EACC (Education Abroad Counselling Centre) GetSetGo Training & Consultancy to provide the best solutions to all her stakeholders. She has also liaised directly with numerous Universities Globally to provide the best opportunities for her International Students. In addition, for the past 8 years, Sharon has been working closely with Schools in Singapore as a Parent volunteer to contribute to the constant nurturing of students to help support holistic development.
Sharon has experienced that empowering the youth contributes to a more mature society. She started INSPIGROW to facilitate students and parents to make informed career decisions based on students’ inborn talents, acquired skills, and interests. She believes that appropriate career choices will help students to thrive in everything they do, making them competent leaders of tomorrow.

Dear Sharon, I am so grateful to Sharon Kundu for guiding, helping us to restructure our thoughts process on how we perceive our children’s well being. An amazing person who was very patient and genuinely concerned about our child’s well being. Sharon was candid in pointing our overprotective behaviour towards our child which hindered their development. She helped us look our child from a different lens, that led us to rediscover our child and her hidden desires / wish list. Sharon shared our parenting style in great detail and at the same time ensured that we don’t jump into a guilt wagon and start blaming ourselves. Her wonderful and well crafted examples helped us in refining our thoughts and become good parents/ friends to our kids. Thank you Sharon for having our backs covered.
