About Counsellor:
Shilpa is a passionate career counsellor with certification from Univariety, Hyderabad and University of California, Los Angeles. She holds Master’s degree in Civil-Environmental Engineering from Pune University. She brings her extensive experience of 8 years as an Assistant Professor at various engineering colleges at Pune, Hyderabad and Kolhapur.
She has guided numerous students under all streams for under graduation as well as post-graduation programs and courses during her professional career & also as a full-time career counsellor.
Her mentorship includes guiding students identify their skills, interests and strengths through psychometric tests; identify suitable courses and careers in all streams; provide assistance in selecting institutes in India as well as abroad; provide guidance for various defence entrances and civil services examinations; write SOPs and essays while applying for courses in India as well as abroad.

I like the way Shilpa ma'am conducts the sessions. It's easy to acknowledge everything the explains. Her talks and guidance motivates me to be confident about my thoughts and dreams. She is very passionate about her work and the same reflects in her sessions. I'm interested in defense forces and she has explained me about the tri services of defense and their entries. Shilpa ma'am from careermilestone guided me over choosing suitable stream and subjects after class 10th. Her ongoing guidance has also helped me choose the graduation course considering my skills and interests. I would like to stay under her wings until I complete my 12th boards.
