For seven of those years, I was in Human Resources, interviewing thousands of candidates and managing the people behind the profits. For the next three years, I moved into Business Operations, where I learned the nuts and bolts of how companies actually run.
But I realized something important: There was a massive gap between what candidates thought companies wanted and what companies actually needed.
Why I’m Here
I became a Career Counselor to bridge that gap. I wanted to take the "black box" mystery out of the hiring process.
