It has been a very interesting session with Sir Subhajit Ganguly. The conclusions which he made about me by examining my answers in the test absolutely matched. Through this session, Sir helped me to find out the career path which suited me the most and where I could prosper in life basing on my abilities, talent, personality, way of thinking and so on. Choosing a right career path is of utmost importance to any individual. Because on this only, the whole life of an individual is dependent. If a student chooses a career path that doesn't suits his personality, strengths, skills and abilities then he will never be happy in his entire career which will eventually lead into stress, depression, anxiety and ultimately very low success rate. To avoid this it is very necessary for a student to understand innerself and choose a career path that best suits him. This is when the need of an expert Career Counselor arises. A trained Career Counselor helps a student to peep into innerself in a much scientific manner and guides him to choose a right career path as per the students persona, interest, skills and abilities. An expert Career Counselor also gives an execution plan which by following the student can achieve his goal.
