With over nine years of experience in Accounting and Finance and a strong foundation in leadership and project management, I bring a practical, industry-informed perspective to career counselling. I hold an MBA in Finance from ICFAI University, am PMP certified, and have completed a Leadership Program from IIM Visakhapatnam. My current role has given me deep exposure to global business processes, team collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.

To strengthen my contribution in the field of career development, I completed the Edumilestones Certified Career Analyst (CCA) certification, one of India’s most advanced and trusted career counselling programs. This certification has equipped me with skills in scientific psychometric assessments, career mapping, structured counselling techniques, and personalized career planning.

Across my career, I have mentored colleagues, guided peers, and supported individuals in identifying their strengths and building confidence in their abilities. These experiences reaffirmed my belief that the right guidance can truly transform a person’s future.

As a counsellor, my goal is to help individuals find clarity, direction, and purpose in their career journey. By combining industry insights with research-backed counselling tools, I aim to create actionable, future-ready career plans that empower people to make confident decisions and achieve long-term success.
