Sunita Rai is a Certified Career Analyst and an acclaimed Educationist, with an inspiring career that spans over 38 years in school education. A mentor, guide, and academic leader par excellence, she has devoted her life to nurturing young minds, helping them identify their strengths, and guiding them toward meaningful and successful career paths.

She holds Master’s degrees in Chemistry and Education, and is certified in Career Counselling and Psychometric Assessments, allowing her to combine scientific tools with deep educational insight. Her guidance is grounded in empathy, experience, and a firm belief in the uniqueness of every child.

Over the course of her distinguished career, Sunita Rai has served as a Principal and later as an Assistant Commissioner in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), one of India’s most respected educational institutions. These leadership roles have given her a panoramic view of the education system, student development, and the evolving demands of the job market.
