Sushil R Prabhudesai

Sushil Prabhudesai, started his Career as Engineering graduate and initially worked in factory environment where he got the important lessons of understanding human behaviour and personality traits and its influence on work, he further went on to complete his full-time post-graduation in Operations Management, where he developed interest in subject like Organizational behaviour besides his core specialisation of Supply Chain Management.

Subsequently he has worked for various MNCs and Indian Companies in planning, procurement, logistics areas for nearly 20 plus years, but while working in these areas, he also developed love for teaching, guiding and sharing his knowledge in order to guide others in the right direction.

His desire and passion for this made him to take up Career counselling and support all those who need that guidance and clarity.
