Swaraj Barua is a veteran corporate leader, technologist, and transformation expert & Coach  with over two decades of experience leading global programs across telecom, IT, and digital services. He has been instrumental in designing Learning & Development strategies, content frameworks, certification programs, and large-scale capability-building initiatives at organizations such as Nokia Airtel and Alcatel-Lucent. A seasoned soft skills trainer and program designer, he has developed and delivered leadership, communication, and high-performance programs for diverse global teams.

A Certified Career Analyst, coach, counsellor, mentor, and PMP®, Swaraj holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis and an Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD, France, along with management certifications from Harvard. He is known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership in shaping global learning programs and Communities of Practice for strategic skill development.

Passionate about talent development and experiential learning, Swaraj founded The PathMentor as his entrepreneurial initiative to give back to society—providing efficient, timely, and holistic career guidance to students, graduates, and working professionals.
