He is having a passion on inspiring children to achieve higher educational standards in the school education and higher education. Also, he is highly committed to helping youth to discover their unleashing potential and talents through career assessment, analysing, interpretation, and showing career path for choosing the right stream in the Advance level and the university or higher education.
Zohair a Cader is a founder member of YOUNG ACHIEVERS FOUNDATION LANKA and involving various projects in relation to career guidance, youth empowerment, community development, research, training and development in the all provinces in Sri Lanka.
Zohair Cader believes that the knowledge, Skills, Interest and Attitude are the highly influencing four factors of an individual’s career success. He has actively engaged with the career guidance session for 8000+ secondary students and 2000+ for higher education students during the period of last 12 years through the psychometric test.

The career guidance assessment that was done by Dr.Zohair A Cader was so helpful to me as I was struggling to choose my subjects for G.C.E.A/L and I got a wide knowledge and total explanation about my own way that can lead me to a successful path . I now know the points that I should give more attention to improve upto a better level . This career assessment was done online , and it was so easy to do the tests with a better explanation by Dr. Zohair . Overall this was a great career guidance session for me . I can surely say that students like me who are struggling with there decisions , can take a well guide by this platform.

The career guidance program was done for by daughter and son it is excellent , my son was confused on bucket subject in grade 10 the assessment ,helped to choose correct subject based on his career As same Daughter already have clear idea on her subject stream selection but we had different opinions, after doing career test abd advised we convenience based on scientific career result for her career parth , now both are happy d confident on her career Thank you zuhair sir on his valuable excellent services for society
