Position Title: Growth Partnership Manager Institutional Tie-ups (Globally)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Partnership Manager to drive institutional collaborations and expand Edumilestones tie-ups with universities, educational institutions, and corporates across India and internationally. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional skilled at forging high-value partnerships that accelerate growth and amplify our impact in career and education solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to universities, colleges, schools, corporates, and educational institutions for potential tie-ups and collaborations.
Pitch Edumilestones offerings such as career assessment and psychometric solutions, as well as study abroad and Indian admission programs.
Establish long-term strategic partnerships that generate recurring business opportunities and mutual growth.
Negotiate MoUs, partnership models, and co-branded initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services for partnered institutions.
Explore international partnerships to expand Edumilestones global footprint.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for partnership outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3 to 7 years of experience in institutional partnerships, Strategic alliances and business development in India and abroad.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in handling international collaborations will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing strategic discussions with decision-makers.
