We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven professional to lead the expansion of Edumilestones’ School Career Lab initiative. This role is designed for individuals who can build meaningful institutional partnerships, influence key stakeholders, and drive long-term growth through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with principals, management, and counsellors.
• Drive consultative engagement by understanding institutional needs and aligning solutions.
• Build and manage a strong ecosystem of career counsellors and partners.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and discussions with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term partnerships.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities to expand reach and impact.
• Ensure seamless execution and a high standard of partner experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in institutional partnerships or strategic business development.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
