Scaler School of Technology

Scaler School of Technology’s 4-year residential UG programme in Computer Science, was launched last year in Bengaluru with its campus in Electronic City. The purpose of SST is to help learners break away from the rat-race culture of conventional education and scale ahead in the tech industry through a team of veterans who help build future tech leaders with skills at par with a Sr. Engineer / SDE- II in the industry. Our program has strong emphasis on “Learning by Doing” teaching pedagogy and is delivered by top tech leaders from Google, Microsoft, Uber, etc. The program also comes with a curriculum that enables every student to graduate with more than a year of industry experience and a 1-year mandatory internship makes our students Industry-ready. Last year, 60+ students left their seats at IITs, NITs, IIITs and other top global universities to join the Scaler School of Technology.

Additionally, to unlock diverse career options they are advised to pursue a Bachelor's from BITS Pilani and a Master's degree from Woolf University, both of which run independently from our programme. This is to ensure our graduates get the best of both worlds and empower them to explore lucrative opportunities at leading tech companies around the world.

Scaler has facilitated the placement of 5000 graduates into various industries, with a median salary of 21.6 LPA, validated by KPMG. These highly sought-after graduates work at leading product-based tech companies including global MNCs like Microsoft, and Amazon as well as leading Indian start-ups such as Swiggy and Ola. Notably, Amazon has shown a significant preference for Scaler graduates, surpassing the combined recruitment figures from all IITs in 2021, highlighting the calibre of its alumni.

Our Admission Process: - 

Stage 1 - NSET Examination 

Our own entrance examination tests a candidate’s abilities in mathematics, logical reasoning and learnability. The students who clear the entrance test are then shortlisted for personal interview rounds.

Stage 2 -

Personal Interviews with Scaler Mentors and faculties to gauge student’s mathematical aptitude in real-time and gain deeper insight into their dreams and aspirations.

Stage 3 -

Our academic committee reviews candidate’s interview performance, entrance score, 10th and 12th std scores and extracurricular achievements to make a decision on a student's candidature.

Eligibility criteria:

• Student must have 60% marks in mathematics in 12th Std
• Student must be less than 20 years of age
