Pranoti is a very good councellor. I know her since two years when we were in same school. I was at a stage in my career where I felt uncertain about the direction I should take. I lacked a clear pathway and was unsure how to move forward. We had approached Arul for guidance for our son who was stepping into higher secondary. Last November, I attended an IELTS class conducted by Jincy Ma’am. Before joining her class, I was not aware of the tricks and strategies required to crack the IELTS exam.
