Ravi is 20 and currently completing Bachelors of Mass Media.
Most of his friends are planning for an MBA and are preparing for it.
Ravi enjoyed his 3 years of education and is looking forward to studying more.
But Marketing is not one of them, yet he is keen for an MBA.
In fact, he is open to study and move abroad as well.

According to his age and academic back ground , Ravi should go for an internship programe with similar field get the hands on experience for atleats one and half years and then according to his professional career interest go for Masters in that field from Abroad based studies to strength the Subject Matter Expert and Industry Knowledge. Surley he will get better package aganist the demand
Ravi can pursue Master’s in Mass Communication or go for Event Management. Under Event Management one can learn and apply multi-disciplinary skills while exploring their creative side. It will also give him edge to start his own entrepreneurial journey
If Ravi is really interested in doing research work he is going to do higher study in India or abroad. If he is not interested in the Research area he should start work in his field & doing some Professional Certificate or Diploma programme related to his field for Enhancing their Skills, getting more Success.
Since Ravi is keen on studying further and his present choice of speacilisation is very interesting and offers a lucrative career .In such a case he can opt for doing an MBA with specialisation in digital transformation and data science .Also he can pursue an MBA in integrated marketing and mass communication.
There are some good options offred online also which he can explore. Benefit of doing it online is that he can work parallely and gain some hand on experience which can give him an edge in later stages of career planning.

Ravi has a bundle of options he can choose from to build his career profile. He can choose to go ahead with gaining work experience in mass communication/media for two years & can choose to go ahead with further education in specialization course with leadership/entrepreneurship/innovation in choice of his country.
He also has an option to take up further education in other fields and can get part time work experience in internship abroad
